What is the quality of the downloads?

Can I hear the music before I decide to buy it?

For any tracks that are available for preview there will be play buttons next to the tracks, which you can press to listen to samples of the songs. Please note however some tracks may be unavailable for preview.

How long will it take to download a track?
A.
This all depends on the speed of your Internet connection and the sizes of the tracks you are downloading. A normal 3 minute track is approximately 5MB. On a 2MB broadband connection this would normally take you around 2 minutes, if you have a higher broadband connection the download time will be less than this. On a dial-up connection the download could take as long as 15 minutes.

What do I do if I accidentally lose or delete a track?
A.
As the music you have downloaded is a digital file – it can be deleted, lost or corrupted. Once downloaded they are your responsibility, however, if it is our fault we will do our best to resend the track asap. Please note you can also try and download again at no extra cost as long as it is within 48hrs of the purchase.
