Tom Felton is 22 years old and has been acting professionally since he was 9 years old when he starred as Peagreen Clock in Peter Hewitt’s fantastical tale The Borrowers.
His talent was quickly spotted by director Andy Tenant who cast him in the Academy Award nominated epic feature Anna and the King, playing Jodie Foster’s screen son Louis Leonowens, with Foster playing the title role.
When Tom was just 11 director Christopher Columbus (Home Alone) cast him in the role that was to make him a household name, as Harry Potter’s arch rival Draco Malfoy.
In between shooting the Harry Potter films Tom had a cameo role in Get Him to the Greek starring Russell Brand and managed to find time to film Todd Lincoln’s Apparition also starring Ashley Greene of “Twilight” fame and Sebastian Stan.
Within 10 days of completing the last scenes of the of the final Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Tom was snapped up to appear alongside James Franco and Freida Pinto in the prequel to Planet of the Apes.
Whilst Tom continues acting he also dedicates time to his other passion, music. In between filming Tom taught himself to play guitar and started writing his own songs. Shortly after posting 4 videos of songs he both wrote and performed on YouTube he had received over 3 million hits. Tom carries his guitar wherever he goes, and continues to enjoy playing and writing songs in his down time.
Tom has always had a huge passion for music and was very excited at the prospect of creating a platform for other young artists to record and release music with Six String Productions.
